About the Event
Missions is a vital part of who we are as a church. It gives us the opportunity to serve others, share the love of Christ, and grow together.
That’s why we’re excited about our next Mission Saturday coming up on Saturday, May 2! This is a great opportunity to serve alongside others from Mount Vernon while also building new connections. There are several meaningful ways to get involved. You can help make outdoor spaces more welcoming at Northside Outreach Center or Elijah House Academy by refreshing their grounds with mulch and trimming. Or You can also prepare spa baskets for new moms and tour the East End Pregnancy Center or help assemble care packets and kits for Kenyan orphans with Serving in Jesus’ Name.
